AsuKimi – Mikaze Rika

Finally done with AsuKimi. As expected, in Rika’s route we get to see more of Saki. Nothing changed from Saya’s route though, but at least now we know why Saya has that vicious side. It runs in the family.

Mikaze Rika is Shuuji’s cousin, though she thinks of Shuuji as her own little brother. The Mikaze family is the owner of the island, and therefore a very powerful family with a big influence. Rika is also the principal of Suzumori Gakuen, Shuuji and Asuka’s school. She likes to drink alcohol, but after Asuka started living with her, the habit seems to have calmed down a bit.

AsuKimi – Wakamiya Asuka

I have to say Asuka’s route is the best so far. Everything about it is so well-written that it impresses me so much, even though Asuka isn’t my favourite character.

Wakamiya Asuka is Shuuji’s childhood friend. They live together in the Mikaze house along with Rika-nee, and also in the same class. Cheerful and carefree, Asuka is best friends with Nanami and close to Ruriko. Both Asuka and Rika-nee couldn’t cook, so they used to eat raw food before Shuuji came back to the island.

AsuKimi – Tsukino Mai

Mai’s route finished. It focused on Asuka and Shuuji’s relationship as well, and I think the ending was rather sad if seen from Asuka’s point of view.

Tsukino Mai is the daughter of the owner of Gekka, a popular Chinese restaurant where Shuuji works part-time at. Mai was born and raised in the mainland, and currently she’s attending an all-girls high school there. Though she is technically Shuuji’s boss, she told him to call her by her name since they’re of the same age. A slight tsundere, though according to Nanami she’s more like a villain than a tsundere.

AsuKimi – Fujisaki Asahi

Again, I got distracted by various finding objects games and Ragnarok Online private server. Please excuse my short, short attention span. Here is Asahi-senpai’s route.

Fujisaki Asahi is a 3rd year student in Suzumori Gakuen, making her Shuuji’s senpai. She’s a loli appearance-wise, and also does things on her own pace. As the head of the drama club, Asahi tried getting Shuuji to join ever since their first meeting. Shuuji’s classmate Nanami Mina loves Asahi so much, up to the point where she thinks Asahi is hers alone.

AsuKimi – Yuugiri Ruriko

Honestly, these kind of girls are not my type. I nearly fall asleep in the first half of her story, but the later half was undoubtedly good. Both of the endings are good too.

Yuugiri Ruriko is Shuuji’s kouhai, and also one of his childhood friends. She is a gentle girl who loves making sweets and is kind to everyone. Ruriko’s body is weak ever since she was small, and she lives next door to the Mikaze house. Ruriko’s home is a clinic, and her overprotective brother is a doctor.

AsuKimi – Izumi Saya

Longer than I expected. My short attention span didn’t help either, as I was distracted by watching Wonder Girls’ performance during this playthrough.

Izumi Saya is one of Shuuji’s classmate. A serious and smart tsundere, only losing to Asuka in terms of marks. Even though her grades are top-class, she often show up late at school. Saya is cool and distant, and while she seems to avoid interacting with people generally, Saya especially dislikes Asuka for an unknown reason.

Ashita no Kimi to Au Tame ni

My next stop. People says Asukimi is Purple Software‘s masterpiece, so I’m pretty curious. :D

Yashiro Shuuji had just returned Mikaze Island. He used to live there until his family moved to Tokyo seven years ago When he arrived in the island, Shuuji decided to take a shortcut through the forest and end up lost. He eventually found a nostalgic spring and a girl in the middle of the forest.
