Aoiza Ibunroku – Kotobuki Kikaku

The last route in Aoiza. The first omikuji I got from the official site was read by Kikaku, and I find him cute despite that serious personality. Especially after going through Hachi’s route. xD

Kikaku joined Aoiza when he was small, making him the most experienced member aside from their leader. His honest and serious personality makes it’s hard for him to adapt to new things, including Aoi’s appearance in this world. Unlike the others, Kikaku doubts if she’s really the embodiment of “Futaba Aoi”, so he’s being extra careful not to say anything unnecessary. He also tends to take jokes seriously, which often leads to the others teasing him on purpose.

Aoiza Ibunroku – Hachisuka Youta

As if Iori’s voice in TYB Super Mint wasn’t grating enough, Tattsun is using that voice again in Aoiza. (´・ω・`A；) Thankfully he doesn’t sound as forced here. Hachi’s a cute character too.

Hachi is in charge of supporting roles and backstage works in Aoiza, mainly because he’s too nervous and clumsy to act on stage. Despite all of his failures to get a significant role, Hachi is always cheerful and overcomes them with a bright smile. He’s also the moodmaker in Aoiza, though the other members also love picking on him all the time. Just like Hisoka, Hachi doesn’t have a sacred power nor a sacred treasure, but he does his best to help them in battle.

Aoiza Ibunroku – Suwa Nanami

Thanks to Kensuke and Seiji’s routes, now the story makes much more sense lol. Since Kikaku and Hachi’s routes are probably connected, I decided to go after Nanami next. ヽ(。・∀・。)ﾉ

Nanami is a senior member of Aoiza. He’s older than most of the other members, but he would rather spend the entire day skipping work and drinking sake. Almost everything is troublesome to him, so Nanami often does backstage work instead of acting. He has a rather cynical and ironic view of the world, but he’s actually pretty wise and has a broad range of knowledge. He’s also good at taking care of the other members, which is why Hachi relies on him a lot.

Aoiza Ibunroku – Oosuga Seiji

Seiji is the main reason I played Bunmei Kaika. He looks awesome in his white military uniform, not to mention everything about his looks screams princely. ヽ(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)ﾉ Romantic route ahead!

Seiji is a soldier working in the military. He’s a regular customer who always comes to watch Aoiza’s performance at every chance he gets, and he’s on good terms with all the members. As a person who’s been following Aoiza’s footsteps for so long, Seiji is interested in Aoi’s presence as the newest member. From time to time Seiji would come to talk to Aoi, but his true objective remains a mystery.

Aoiza Ibunroku – Kaminari Kensuke

At first I decided to go for Kensuke just to get a better view on the plot, but what can I say? I can’t resist that uniform + cape combo. This is a bittersweet yet enjoyable route. ε-(*´∀`|萌|

The leader of Aoiza. Kensuke is a unique man with unusual traits. Normally he’s carefree and playful, but he’s actually reliable when necessary. He’s the one in charge of arranging Aoiza’s performance, choosing the play and the actors by himself. Flirty and hip, Kensuke cares a lot about his appearance and keeps teasing Aoi every now and then. For some reason he looks exactly like the older version of Kaminari Sousuke, Aoi’s childhood friend back at home.

Aoiza Ibunroku – Arakane Rin

I’ve had my eyes set on Rin right from the start. First, he’s voiced by Kaji Yuuki. Second, we share the same name. But most importantly, he’s the tsundere of the game. All-in-one LOL.

Rin is the popular female role actor in Aoiza, but he’s really manly off-stage and expresses his thoughts clearly. Maybe even too clear and direct, since it seems like he’s being cheeky to everyone he talks to, including Aoi. In other words, the tsundere. Rin was raised as a shinobi and is often seen with Moni, a ninja dog he brought from his hometown. Miyoshino has a wide open-air bath because of Rin’s request, and he hates it when someone disturbs his bathtime.

Bunmei Kaika Aoiza Ibunroku

Since a friend keeps telling me to play this instead of Amnesia, I took her advice and started on Bunmei Kaika today. That, and because I’m still in a historical mood after finishing MIYAKO.

Mito Aoi is a normal high school student living in a shrine with her childhood friend, Kaminari Sousuke. One day her mother asks them to clean their warehouse, where they find a silver mirror among the other antique stuff. Just before they go out, a thunder strikes outside and Aoi gets absorbed into the mirror. When she opens her eyes Aoi finds herself back in 1873, the Meiji era.. and in front of her is a group of travelling performers, Aoiza.
