S.Y.K – Ranfan

…LOL. Just LOL. I shall stop here since anything beyond this would be spoilers. (。-∀-)ﾆﾋｯ♪

The mysterious “woman” who is after Genjou with “her” two subordinates, Kinkaku and Ginkaku. Genjou thinks Ranfan’s really beautiful, but she’s the only one who doesn’t realize that “she” is actually a MAN. He lives in the underworld, but it seems that he has a different goal in mind. What lies beneath that flashy appearance of his?

S.Y.K – Gokuu

Gokuu is also one of my favorite characters in S.Y.K. He’s awesome and brings lots of LOL moments in the first half. Plus, he’s voiced by Suwabe Junichi. I just can’t resist his voice.

The first follower Genjou met on her journey. Gokuu thinks everything’s troublesome and would rather sleep all day. He’s actually calm and fearless, but his extremely low stamina often results in him fainting due to anemia. Since he’s a “problem child” in so many ways, he’s usually the target for Genjou’s lectures.

S.Y.K – Gyokuryuu

Adorable dragon prince ｷﾀ━━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)｡Ａ｡)━━━!! It was love at first sight when I saw him in the official site, so I’ve been waiting for this route. He’s one of my favorites in this game. ♥

Genjou’s last and strongest follower. Gyokuryuu really loves Genjou and protects her all the time, but he’s usually cold towards everyone else. He’s very skilled in water magic, and would wipe out everything that stands in their way if Genjou doesn’t stop him. Hard to approach, but animals seem to love him for some reason.

S.Y.K – Gojou

Heterochromia 萌え━ﾟ+｡*(ｐｑ＞ω＜*)ﾟ+｡*━ええっ LOL sorry I love guys with odd-eyes. Gojou is no exception. He’s so adorable when he blushed, I just want to bully him. Nope, nothing. 8D

Genjou’s third follower. Gojou is serious and reliable, not to mention he’s extremely loyal and honest with a strong sense of justice. He has a lot of motivation, but his imagination is so strong it often causes his effort to be in vain. Even so, he continues to work hard and does his best in everything, completely unaware that it’s fruitless.

S.Y.K – Hakkai

Started off with Hakkai since I don’t like flirty guys, though I love Wacchan. (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡ Hakkai is actually quite entertaining, if you ignore the fact that he hits on every single girl he sees.

Genjou’s second follower. Hakkai is a flirt who loves beautiful girls and drinking sake. Both his words and attitude are flashy, but surprisingly he’s a gentleman who has a strong sense of duty and humanity.. though he shows no mercy towards men. His “destined one” are as many as the stars. That fluffy “tail” of his is actually a bag.

S.Y.K ~Shinsetsu Saiyuuki~ Portable

S.Y.K has been sitting on my shelf even before I got a PSP. I played through the first chapter during a blackout, but left it just like that since I was busy with other games back then. Now you shouldn’t do what I did and play S.Y.K if you have the chance LOL. It’s a great game.

Our heroine Genjou lives in a small orphanage temple, until one day Kannon Bosatsu came down from the heavens to see her. On her palm is the mark of the priest Sanzo, the one who traveled across the land to restore the balance of the world. Now the human world is on the verge of destruction, with all the youkai going wild attacking people. Genjou needs to fill her role as Sanzo and go on a journey to Tenjiku, retrieving the kyouten / sutra and use it to bring peace to the land. She met four followers on the way.. and so they set off to save the world.
